Q: How do I clean my custom closet system?
This is a great question, and one that comes up frequently. Your shelving and drawer fronts are made out of wood that has been fully encapsulated in thermofused melamine, which is scratch- and moisture-resistant. When you need to dust, you can simply wipe off the surfaces with a soft cloth. If you feel like you need more cleaning power than that, go ahead and use a mild soap with a small amount of water. Be sure to dry the surfaces well when you are done.
Q: Does my system come with a warranty?
It sure does! Everything that we install comes with a lifetime warranty. If it breaks under normal use or is defective in any way, we come back and replace it, free of charge.
Q: Is Master Closet's Concepts a franchise?

Q: What are some of the requirements that I need to have in order for a custom closet to fit in my space?
There are no requirements! It’s our job to design and build a system that works with the space that you have. What we do is come in, take some measurements, ask you some questions, and go about designing a storage system that would work for you and for your existing closet space. We have built systems for tiny closets, huge closets, closets with unique features, and everything in between. We can even build a stand-alone system, if you don’t have a closet, or want to expand your storage options even more. No matter what you're starting out with, we can design a system that will fit.
